1. MOTIVATION

We're here to tell you to go further when you're out of breath, when your whole body is shaking and the sweat is pouring down your face and your entire body is pleading with you to stop. And we're also here to congratulate you on every kilogram you lose and every inch on your biceps that you gain!
2. MISTAKE-LESS ROUTINE

Most of us play sports and exercise just to look and feel better, without aiming for Olympic records and glory. However even working out at an amateur level you should choose the right strategy & avoid the typical fitness workout mistakes that often lead to sheer disappointment and in some cases even bodily detriment.
3. LOTS OF PRACTICE

But get ready to work harder than you've ever worked. Get a plan and stick to it: never miss a fitness workout and always give it 100%. It will hurt at first, but feel heavenly afterwards when your body adjusts to the new regimen. Don't worry, we're all for diversity and fun in your workout routine, because it's what keeps you motivated!
4. NEW EATING HABITS

You know what they say: eat clean, exercise dirty. That's what we're going to do here. In fact, we are already doing it and will share our knowledge and hard-won personal experience to help you get on the right path. We won't feed you broccoli and carrots 4 times a day: we'll provide diets and recipes that will make your mouth water & keep you happy!
5. WARMING UP

If you're working out in a group, your instructor probably included warm up in the program. But if you work out on your own, remember to prepare your body for harder work. If you start jumping, running or lifting weights without preparation, your muscles and ligaments get slightly injured. To avoid the unwanted health problems, allow (during your fitness workouts) some time for a warm-up session even if you don't see anyone else doing the same.
6. PROPS ‘N’ PROTECTION

They were invented for a reason. Sooner or later you'll learn that you always fall on the unprotected bit. Thus, use the gear designed by people who know how to make the most of your workout. And it's not just wearing a helmet if you do a lot of cycling: There is also hand protection in the gym that will not only protect you from hits, cuts and germs, but will improve your grip on the gear. Padded students usually learn faster, think about it.
